BRIGITTE BARDOT (1962) - “Vie Privée“ - track 12

In Private Life, Bardot stars a film that is semi-autobiographical with a relation to her life, or the prize of fame at the time in which it was filmed.
Jill (Brigitte Bardot) decides to go to Paris to start her career as a dancer. She will soon go from being a simple fashion magazine model to a star harassed by journalists and without a private life. The pressures and the inconvenience of fame, the harassment of fans and the press affect her life and her mind in such a way that she returns to Switzerland to recover, there she has an affair with Fabio, but the press of fame continues to persecute her with tragic complications in her private life.
Trying to escape from the fans and the press, she decides to go to the Italian Spoleto Film Festival to meet with Fabio (Marcello Mastroianni), a director with whom she falls in love.
