SUPER73 C1X Electric Motorcycle Update!

When SUPER73 teased us with their C1X concept back in early 2022, we were eagerly anticipating the chance to ride their newest electric motorcycle.

Even though we’re still waiting for the opportunity to ride the C1X, the individuals at SUPER73 have provided us with an update and some very impressive claims.

SUPER73 claims to be introducing a form of advanced fast-charge technology that can charge the C1X from 10% to 80% in only 15 minutes, which will provide roughly 70 miles of range.

Super 73's E bikes aren't cheap their flagship bikes range from 4K to 5K so I can see the C1X going for 12K to 15K

wanna know what the real range of most Ebikes is? Just take their claim and cut it by about 50%. LOL. That's been my real world experience.

I hope there is demand for the electric urban commuter bike.
I think it is one of the best use cases for an electric motorcycle, in all honesty. I love riding the trails, but spend more time going to/from work.

Looks small to me like a grom and will be expensive I've no doubt, rapid charging would need high quality cells and thermal battery management to be carried out safely adding to the cost which would likely push this up to nearer entry level zero motorbike money.

The fast charge will most certainly require DC-DC charging. That's not happening. It would be cool to have E-Bike able to charge from Tesla supercharging stations though!

Love the design but the dangerous thing about this is that drivers can't hear you around them and be alerted the way they can a combustion engine which makes this very dangerous on the street/highway.
