How to Enable and Disable Javascript on Google Chrome

chrome://settings/advanced

^ you can paste this into the Google Chrome Browser and it will take you directly to the advanced or "under the hood" options for Google Chrome.

That doesn't have any JavaScript options whatsoever. It just syncs up passwords and the like. There is nothing remotely like under the hood in advanced syn settings (the only advanced settings available)
