500 Heavy Spearmen vs 500 Horse Archers - Mount & Blade 2: Bannerlord

Not sure why the AI chooses to have their backs to the horse archers at times but that just Bannerlord atm. Heres 500 Sturgian Heavy Spearmen in circle formation vs 500 Khuzait Horse Archers.

Surprising the spearmen won considering that comically large circle

Honestly, Sturgian Spearmen are underrated. Not OP in any one thing, but hold up well against anything you throw at it. Square up for Cav charges, shield wall for archers, and hold their own against infantry.

Best that horse archers could do is break in to the circle shoot from inside and with rest circle around and when they run out of arrows most of the infantry will be death

Those are only Horse Archers, which are tier 4. Shouldn't it be Heavy Horse Archers vs Heavy Spearmen?

Heavy spearmen are great. I prefer them over legionnaires.

They are excellent vs Cavalry, Infantry, Archers, Skirmishers. (stronk shields and armor.) honestly shock troops are probably their weakness. But even then They have fast swing speed and good shields.

They have no weaknesses. But they aren't the absolute best at any 1 thing.

Formation is broken. All the units in the circle should be facing out, not facing forward
