Hitting the Murph workout solo definitely hits different because I didn’t have someone to catch or someone chasing me. Although I got it done kinda late in the day, what matters is that I got it done.

Workout
-1 mile run
-100 pull ups
-200 push ups
-300 squats
-1 mile run
*I wore a 20 pound vest, completing each section before moving on to the next.

8:38 completed 1st run
20:52 completed pull ups
30:59 completed push ups
40:43 completed squats
53:07 completed 2nd run

My pull ups got real ugly halfway through and my second run was rough, till next year 🙏🏽

Bro so I’ll be honest your the first Murph video I found all day doing actual range of motion pushups and pull ups. Well done

Great form. Thank you for not doing butterfly pull ups. I truly feel like 50 minutes is respectable when doing the work the way Murph intended. When someone tells you they are doing 40 minute murphs, they are cheating.

Pull ups are not full range of motion. Either way good work tho!
