How to Uninstall MySQL Completely From Windows 10/11 [2022] | Completely Remove MySQL from Computer

In this video, I will show you how you can completely uninstall MySQL from your computer and also remove all of its configuration files containing old passwords and databases.

If you uninstalled MySQL and can't install it now, then this video is for you!
So watch this video till the end and don't skip in between!!.

Install MySQL:

Total 4 steps to be followed(folder name may vary depending on your OS):
Step-1:
Uninstall MySQL products from Control Panel
Step-2:
Goto "C:\Program Files" and delete MySQL folder
Step-3:
Goto "C:\ProgramData" folder & delete MySQL folder
(NOTE: if you want to take backup of your database goto folder "C:\ProgramData\MySQL\MySQL Server 8.0\Data" and copy your database folder and paste to some other location.
Step-4:
Goto "C:\Users\Admin folder\AppData\Roaming" and delete MySQL folder

00:40-01:50 | Uninstall MySQL Applications
02:08 | Open ProgramFiles folder
02:34 |Steps for ProgramData MySql Removal

04:00 | AppData\Roaming folder
04:40| Conclusion

Mam, when i try to delete mysql folder in programmdata it is showing the error msg that THIS ACTION CANT BE COMPLETED BECAUSE THE FOLDER OR FILE IN IT IS OPEN IN ANOTHER PROGRAMME.. what to do?
