Step by Step Hyperrealistic Drawing Techniques

May I ask which lamps you use? Are these just normal daylight lamps, or something more special? I have the problem that I don't have enough light at my workplace, but I'm unsure which lamps are good? i absolutely love your hyperrealism and stark contrasts. For the deep blacks, you are just mixing linseed oil and ground graphite? I would love to achieve those blacks in my pencil work.
