Those 2520's are very nice tractors, the tractors anywhere from 1950's to 1980's are great tractors, these are some good videos...

The most I would give for a 2520 diesel is $15K in any condition. These guys are nuts.

I've never heard of a gas powered tractor.

Machinery Pete I have a 4020 john deere gas tractor it has just under 1500 original hours on it I am the 3rd owner and I knew the other 2 owners. This tractor has been a loader tractor since it was new never seen any feild work. It will this coming hay season as I will be running my baler with it. It is syncro shift I'm not sure what year it is. What would this tractor be worth?

very sweet tractors but you could buy newer & bigger for the same kind of money. But it's not always, bigger is better. A 2520 makes for a nice sized yard tractor.
