I rescued a fox a few years ago because he got his head stuck in a bottle. He bonded with me and started coming to my garden. I took him to the vets, got him checked over, got him some jabs, and he’s all good. I tried to realise him back into the wild but he didn’t want to, he was just more content staying in my garden. So we kinda just took him in. Few years later Waffle is thriving, and he lives outside but will come in, and he greets me with chirps and little fox noises every day. Such a sweet boi.
