I been reading the comments and I loved Layne And you guys are right about nobody being able to sing it like him... BUT... I think its cool that they are moving on and keeping it going.. the way some folks talk is like they kicked Layne out of the band... They waited and put there careers on hold for years hoping that he would pull through.. He just checked out.. He sat in that apartment for years waiting to die.. Its so sad but not the fault of the other guys.. More power to them & as for Layne, , I hope he found peace.

I was lucky enough to see Alice In Chains back in the 90’s… then I seen them again in the mid 2000’s with Jerry. Honestly they sounded amazing, still. But Jerry is the only one who could even come close to holding a candle to Lane when it comes to singing his songs.
