Really glad I came across this video as I've just ordered my unit. You probably don't remember but you also spent a significant amount of time with me on discord a year or more back teaching me how to program my streamdeck with spad software. You were extremely helpful and patient and I just wanted to say thanks again.

Hello! I followed your instructions (a few times) but I have no control over my 530 (com4) or 430 (com5). I deleted the RealSimGear software, and I have the latest firmware installed. Any ideas?

Excuse my ignorance, what exactly is the benefit of using this software over the out of the box RSG component and software? Better than Air manager?

I've followed instructions, found that my gns540 is on com4... When I've gone back to panels com4 is now listed but the image of the 530 is not there. I have message saying firmware 3.1.9 not supported (>=3.2.4 required). On the show log page it is saying COM4 did not respond in time? How do I update firmware as I assume this is the problem?
