Been to angkor wat, its building and history are well documented by the local people, they know all about it, it was built originally as a hindu temple in the 12th century, it later became a buddist temple. Local guides will tell all about it, majestic it is and utterly beautiful, as are the khmer people, but it not mysterious to those that live there. It does them disrespect to talk nonsense about it. Have some respect pal.

You can even see on that photo that the author isnt standing perfectly in front of Angkor but had to move to the side to line it uo 🙄
