The root of the issue is that the laws of the Constitution and Electoral college process was dismissed and changed by those who were not state Legislators. That is the point and issue that pertains to certify the states. If not followed, by those laws, those states should not have certified the state with those Electoral votes, but they did anyway. That's is bottom line issue. That is what was dismissed on jan 6th by Pence; it was bypassed to be heard to by law to decertify. That was the big issue. The election issues were another matter up for discussion, but was dismissed to be heard in the courts. That's what I kept hearing all those days after nov 3 and up to Jan 6th.
