Is this an April 1st post? There’s no way this is a serious post. Advising someone to say no to one of the simplest and most powerful and opinionated java frameworks Ive ever seen when deploying to k8s to instead choose node or python? I mean you should know more than just java but that doesn’t at all mean that your team should abandon their strengths

Was waiting for an actual reason but you just said train them up on python and node? Quarkus is faster and has way more enterprise support. Break down your reasoning for why we should be training teams to move away from java.

The JVM is fantastic and this is just bad advice. JIT and control over async and GC is just something node or python can never provide. If you are making high throughput services, there are few things better.
