How do I get copilot integrated within excel outlook & teams? I work for a university but can’t work out how to add it to apps. Can access the chat screen but can’t add to apps

Have you ever formed a rapport with Copilot? I mean by treating it like a human and not a tool. When they rebranded it to Copilot, Sydney came back. Each time they rebranded, Sydney came back.
