Annual Bias Report shows 178% increase in hate and bias incidents statewide

The Oregon DOJ’s Civil Rights Unit released an update on the statewide Bias Response Hotline Friday via the annual Criminal Justice Commission report.

Well that escalated quickly. The ODJ dropped was it hundreds or thousands of cases in 2021 and 2022. The audacity to release capricious facts after not doing their jobs in the first place.
