I am a guy who hit puberty very late. I had no signs until I was 15 years old. I was 152 cm tall at that time. My friends used to call me 'Chickboy'. I significantly had growth spurts between the ages 16-17. My voice became manly. My facial hair came in when I was 18. I reached my adult height at 19. My current height is 184 cm. My chest hair started to grow in my early 20s. Now I am 26 years old but still I don't have a full beard! I hope it will come after some years. Anyway my puberty was a weird experience.

me (a girl) started my period at 9, grew breasts at 8, grew hair down there at 8, the hair down there got thicker at 9, my period became regular at 11, i got mood swings at 9, my butt finished growing at 10.
I am not saying you are incorrect, this video shows around 70% of girls/boys out there. It is ok if you are a late bloomer or an early bloomer. But just remember when you first hit the full blow of puberty, please start the habit of becoming so much more sanitary from then onwards.

Some rules for when you meet new bloomers (girl):
If you have a pad/tampon they need, give it to them.
All girls will grow hair all over their body, don't be rude and don't comment on it
All girls will have that awkward stage around their chest area, so if their bra you can see is a bit big on one side, make sure you let them know politely
Both genders sweat like hell when they first hit puberty, so always lend deodorant, body spray, perfume.

i hit puberty later than most guys at school didnt start until almost 14. I was 151cm ( 4 foot 11 and a half ish). I am 175.5-176cm (5 foot 9 at least) at night and 177 (almost 5 foot 10) in morning at 16 and 9 months, still growing very fast. I had a very high pitched voice when i was 14. Now my voice is lower than my dad, without pimples though i still look like a kid.
