That NCLEX question at 2:00 is so sneaky - they should have indicated it was an ambulatory visit or non-acute situation. If they arrived to the ED via ambulance, of course we'd want to check their VS, ht, and wt immediately.
That said, I am a nursing professor and I love your videos! I share them with my students in nearly every module of my pathopharm course and some of my foundations course.
