I'm a blue collar guy so I don't make alot of money but i love working hard. Every old farmer knows it's not the hard work it's the stress that takes a toll on your body.

I rather die chasing my goals than to live in regret and fear.

I'm 77 and I don't believe that I've had a heart attack. I could have blocked arteries, but my blood pressure is normal. My O2 levels are 98 to 100%. I don't smoke cigarettes or drink hard alcohol. I just started tasting wines. After the jab, the young teens might be careful about strenuous activities. 😢

I’ve seen this EXACT thing as a pilot introducing young children to aviation,
Mothers would bring kids for a FREE Plane ride, where hopefully the children would become interested and want to pursue) and BAM… mother, YES MOTHERS, would start talking about plane crashes etc… and I’d watch the smile turn into fear!!! WTF!!!!

Did anyone else notice he took his watch off while talking?

There's a difference between paying bills and greed. Once you get to contentment, stay there. Best balance of providing and personal health. Providing for your family is important, so is being there for them.

So, what is the point of this short?
No point is being made.

This mother didn’t understand what causes heart attacks. It’s not working too hard or every guy that’s ever been in the military or in a war zone would end up with heart attacks because they work very long hours and it’s very strenuous. Your risk of heart attack increases over age 40 because of lifestyle choices like eating and exercise. If you’re in your 20s, you should be working every second that you can in order to build your business!

There’s got to a balance. Not everyone is going to achieve their goals and our focus should really change from chasing dollars to what’s really valuable, family.

I’m not a blue collar worker but I do work easily over 80+ hrs a week (not including weekends when I have extremely challenging projects) - single mom with 3 kids.

It’s not the hard work that’s gonna kill me, but the stress that comes with it, even as fulfilling as my career is.
And with the prices of things skyrocketing, it’s even more stress - and the kicker is you’re putting in more and more work for less return.

Family and friends will tell you to slow down and it’s OK. Your allies would tell you to keep going.

Most successful people can’t be thinking about what if instead think what is!!!

Fan of PBD but his insurance companies were basically MLM style, taking advantage of low income immigrants

I've been saying this for a while: imagine hunter and gatherers looking at our society today. In the middle of a hunt that took days to plan for a buffalo suddenly at 9:30 am everyone takes the launch break, or only hunt between 9-5 and take weekend off. We will not be here today...
