This works with most cards, if you cant tell if a card is actually stacking or not, make a deck of 10+ of that card, so 10x fleet of foot, play with bots, then see if there's a noticeable difference between 10x and 1x you should definitely notice a 80% move speed difference if it works.

Anyway heres a list of notes I made for myself of cards that I tested for the most part. could always be wrong about some of them.
Feel free to comment cards that you've tested so others can know if they work or not and ill update the list.

cards that dont stack:

(note: using too many stacks of a debuf can glitch out, too much wep swap weapons cant be used, too much -%hp you spawn dead, too much acc dam you can kill yourself,etc. just dont do -100%+ of a debuff.

7x Motorcycle helmet (15% dam resistance)
Fire in the hell (tmp health not move speed)
Fleet of foot (8% move speed)
dash (5% move and run speed)
Mad dash (20% sprint -40% eff)
shooting gloves (wep swap, rec control, acc)
mag coupler (50% reload speed)
line em up (15% rec,10 range, 25% bull pen, 25% aim speed)
10x Magicians Apprentice (10% reuse chance)
meth head
cross trainers (20% stam +20% stam regen 3% move)
Battle lust (1 hp 0.1 trauma)
Brazen 7x ( 15% melee stam eff 20% att speed)
Improvised explosive (75% nade dam, cant swap guns after 100% need to drop weapons to throw.
fit as a fidle (20% bolstered health)
Emt Bag (50% healing eff)
avenge the fallen (30% dam 20% reload unlimited ammo, dam does not stay with defib glitch)
Inspiring sacrifice ( heal 20 over 15 seconds when downed)

Broadside (20% chance for ridden to explode on headshot 5x for 100%)
Reload drills (20% reload speed)
Energy bar (30% stam regen)
Money Grubbers
expired t-5 ( aoe cloud deals 8 weakspot dam for 10 seconds 30 sec cooldown) (dam and ammo requirement stacks)
improvised explosives ( 75% acc dam, too many stacks and you cant use your weapons from -% weapon swap speed)
Bomb squad (25% explosive dam, 20% dam resis 5x gives 100% damg resis from explosives)
Out with a bang (gives lives but no more than 1 pipe is dropped)
superior cardio (20% stam 20% sprint eff)
pinata (10x always drops)
Olympic sprinter ( 30% sprint but -7% damg resis)
power strike (+10 bash dam, stays at 10 stacks w/ 10x cards )
fill em with lead (1% dam 1% fire rt 5% swap speed) ( got to 220 buff stacks with shotty using 20x card stack)
High vis sights (30% aim speed)
headband mag (125% use speed. debuff does not seem to stack)
shell carrier (10% dam with shotgun 30% shotty ammo)
rousing speech (+10hp 50% revive speed 10% reduce incap traum )
pyro (only gives temp hp)
adrenaline fueled (+5 stam on kill +7 stam over 7 seconds, seems to only stack to 5x)
vanguard (+1hp to teamates)

still works great (i got a infinite amount of explosivis with fire in the hole and 4x run like hell it goes super fast

full deck (10x magicians apprentiance, 1x fire in the hole, 4x run like hell)
also you can mod thegame to have 151x cards in a deck but u need steam theres a video on it by smoovers i think

Intro cut out, was saying I was trying to recreate smoovers 151 card mod awhile back and accidentally found this so be sure to check out his channel as well.

If you're reported enough you can get banned for 2 weeks so I recommend either playing solo/with friends.

But I also find that simply asking the quickplay lobby if they're ok with glitches will prevent this and will also help it not get patched as quick since they're less likely to report you, and even if they do they'll do it before there's any actual proof other than you asking then they leave.

I found a way to get more cards in, but it only counts 16 so far, need to change a few stuff to get them working now.

8bit phenix you gotta do a video on back 4 blood currency while using cheat engine I did it once I got 88, 888, 88 million totems but I forgot to save it but it works.

Got any idea how to play more than 15 cards at once?
I recently took over a bot from someone left the game, it has 13 cards in stacks (5 glass cannons and others in 2 or 3 stacks, glass cannon effect doesn't stack btw) and about 30 more other non-basic cards of one each, just on mission 2 of act 1
