A map downloader like they had in Skate 3 would be ideal. They could also do like community testing and voting on PC for which map(s) gets added into the game. I think one of the biggest things to keep in mind is optimization for console. Also would be cool to see some XDS layouts on community made maps.

Id like to see mixing body kits. Alot of times i like a fender flare but not the spoiler or rear bumper.. but i have to get the whole kit. Hope they change that

a way of implementing the mods: a community library. so to get the mod, u just have to go to this place in the menu and get the map in some sort of cloud storage so u dont have to download the maps, but u do can use them on private servers without having to do an update every 2 weeks or something.
not only for maps, but they can then also use it for liveries like in need for speed, the crew, etc.

Path of titians has a community tab for xb/ps that allow ppl to join modded maps by downloading the required mod they could do something like that

I think they should make a mod support for not only maps but also cars like in Live For Speed when it comes to cars in this game. Basically modders should be allowed to share mods in the game, and both players and developers should choose the best ones and suppert them fully in the console version by adding them in an updates as you mentioned in the video.

I think what would be cool is:
They add a specific "tab" that could be labeled "Comunity Maps" and then it would show all maps updated any second! And you just had to download trough the game and play online or solo!

track mania is a good example of the map editing. they do this on all sorts of events within the game.

3:10 not sure about this idea. Considering we would have to be requesting for the maps we want, instead of allowing us to download and play any map we want/see
