Britain's Queen Elizabeth has approved a law blocking a no-deal exit from the European Union at the end of October.
Prime Minister Boris Johnson must now ask for an extension or get a deal.
Earlier he visited Ireland, and made a rare admission that a no-deal exit would be a failure of diplomacy.
Al Jazeera's Charlie Angela reports from London.

point of law, the queen never approved anything. under the 1967 royal ascent act, her prime minister tells the Queen to either grant royal ascent or reject it.

so in point of fact Boris has done the dirty in the British people by telling the Queen to grant royal ascent, when he legally could have refused her to sign the bill.

so Boris is to blame for this bill passing

What? Parliament is to be held responsible to Parliament? I thought Parliament was to be held responsible to the PEOPLE. Don't get me wrong here I like Corban, and feel he would be a boon to UK citizens. But What the what? Corban and the others must remember that parliament works for the people and not for it's self. Because without the people. What have you got?
