My problem is complete opposite which is my robot vacuum rolling brush wont stop spinning even if it's turned off I already factory reset it but it still dosne't work

I have the reverse problem, the central brush does not stop turning at any time, only when the battery runs out.

Fan error The fan doesn't turn or draws current excessively, please check whether the fan is stuck.

It's best to use your large standard vacuum with the slim nozzle to empty your robot's bin and paying particular attention to cleaning the filter in situ rather than removing it!

This way it's cleaned more effectively and doubles the life of the main filter (reverse suction cleaning) whilst keeping the robot's cleaning at maximum efficiency!
