So glad to see super73 staff having so much fun while my bike remains a paperweight because the customer support staff doesn't respond to emails. Been emailing tech support since April 11th and still no closer to getting my bike fixed.

I'd walk away from this company tbh.

Why is there such a rig a more roll to change the mode on the bike? Sometimes the app pairs. Sometimes not. Most of the time have to turn the bike off then turn it back on. Sometimes turn my phone off. Sometimes don't. Fix it team.

This company is horrible. The bikes are overpriced and come with a plethora of issues, they do not honor their warranties, and they treat their customers like trash. Save your money and buy from one of their competitors. You will get a less expensive bike with better specs and better customer service.
