Unplug it wait 30 seconds then plug it back in
Hold the sync and eject bottom then power it on
Keep holding the sync and eject bottom for 15 seconds. Worked for me

could be a hard drive failiure like corrupt orperating systems and a dead drive same thing happening to mine rn

Comigo resolvi da seguinte maneira, mudei o NAT para aberto e redefini o Xbox.

Mine is doing this, was an E106 but after factory reset it turned to E102 :((((
