Never expected THIS storyline of all the storylines to be so bittersweet, but you’ve gone and made it so. The letters were where what made me start crying. Just imagining Sally waiting at home while her (former?) lover and her son fought and died broke me. You’ve created a really beautiful story here. The song choice was perfect and the art was gorgeous. I absolutely love your animatics!

The scene where Wilbur and Sally were at the train tracks... I think I remember Wilbur saying he thought his limbo would be nice, or peaceful at least. Maybe it's because of that moment, but he's filled with too much guilt to think of that memory happily anymore. Which, is why his limbo isn't really great.
(Idk everything about the lore, heh.)

I love Sally's design and the added scenes work so well! I like the touch of Fundy writing letters as a way to fast-forward through the main DSMP plot. Great job on the animatic!

This was so good holy crap! The scenes of Wilbur finding Sally and just being in love were so cute, and then I love how the perspective was shifted towards fundy. Bc it kinda felt like his family was falling apart: his relationship with his father worsened, and he was taken away from his mother. Also I love the continuation of your little hc that they all had lives before the smp and that only Wilbur and fundy walked through the portal to join, it's such a cool detail!

I remember back a while ago (before the dream smp), Wilbur started one of his streams by lip-synching/singing this song. To this day, still my favorite clip of him and this song now means a lot to me since that was when Wilbur helped me get through some hard times :)
