Buffalo Chicken Wings
20 pieces of chicken wings
2 tablespoons flour
1 tablespoon salt
1 tablespoon black pepper
1 tablespoon red pepper flakes
1 tablespoon hot powdered red pepper
½ teaspoon garlic powder
Chili Sauce:
8 chili peppers
½ glass of water
4 tablespoons of vinegar
1 tablespoon lemon juice
5 cloves of garlic
1 tablespoon sugar
2 teaspoons of salt
Buffalo sauce:
1 tablespoon butter
Half of the chili sauce that you made
1/2 teaspoon of salt
1/2 teaspoon of powdered garlic
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon of molasses or Worcestershire
1 pinch of sugar
Blue Cheese Sauce:
4 tablespoons of kefir
1 heaped tablespoon mayonnaise
60 g Roquefort or Blue Cheese, 1 heaped tablespoon
1-2 drops of lemon juice
Dip the chickens into the mixture of flour, salt, black pepper, red pepper flakes, hot powdered red pepper and garlic powder. Put them into the airfryer for 25 minutes at 200°C (390°F) by spraying some olive oil. If you want to cook them in the oven, place them on the 2nd rack of the oven for 40 minutes at 240°C (465°F).
For the hot sauce, take the heads of 8 chili peppers and roughly chop them in a saucepan. Add garlic, water and blend them with a hand blender. If you want to make it with dried peppers, you can double the number of peppers. After blending the sauce add vinegar, lemon juice and sugar. Stir the sauce to combine all tastes and turn the heat on. After boiling, simmer it for 10 minutes. Then blend again. You can put half of the sauce in a jar and use it whenever you want.
To turn this sauce into buffalo sauce, add butter, salt, blackpepper, garlic powder, sugar, and molasses to half of the chili sauce and mix.
For blue cheese sauce, add mayonnaise, kefir and lemon juice on blue cheese and mix well.
Put the cooked chicken wings in a large mixing bowl. Add the sauce and mix until each chicken wing is covered in sauce.
You can serve these beautiful buffalo wings with the mouth refreshing blue cheese sauce and enjoy the feast between your lips.
