Nice job! Thanks! I returned my HF stands a few days ago (6 ton stands), they were not on the recall list, but I can't take the risk. I'm now researching the Torin Big Reds and the Pro Lift T Double-Pin 6 Tons. Glad HF refunded their stands. Originally they only sent me the recall list, my 6 tons were not on it. The owner then sent one thanking people for all purchases, I asked him. He responded saying if I don't feel good with the jack stands, simply return them. I'm glad he was sensible about safety. I do buy a lot of stuff there. Good job on the video! Thanks again

How are they 4 years later? Im looking to get a set and landed on these (except that the ones im looking at have supports on 2 sides of the legs) are they any good still or should i look else where?

Just had Big Red 2T tip over sideways, these are too narrow in one direction. NOT SAFE in my experience.

Do you have a height comparison? They look identical, but I want the height as low as possible so I don't have to raise the car as high to get stands under them. Thanks!

I don't think I would trust either of these, personally. All of these ratchet designed jack stands could have issues in the long run. The teeth on the bar could eventually get damaged over time until its no longer able to catch properly. If that happens, even the "fail-safe" pin would not be enough, because that relies on the teeth being able to catch onto the pin.

I would go with regular pin system with no ratchet. With those, the parts which are bearing the load are much stronger.

If you have Harbor Freight Jack Stands just put a Piece of Metal on the Center bottom of the Jack for More Protection and to Secure the Top metal from Falling 👍
