This is the beginning of my coach player journey for the next year, im super excited for whats to come, i hope you guys are too. Tournaments start in 2 weeks so this session was mainly focussed around developing rhythm and working the backhand. :)

I really like the thing that your coach said about early prep on the forehand and backhand. Richard Williams taught the same thing to Venus and Serena and I think they turned out alright 😂. I feel like so many players are late with their take back when it is something that is easily fixable.

Also you're hitting a really heavy ball which you dont really see from your match play videos due to the camera angle/distance from the court.
