Nice video. My loving girlfriend sprained her ankle a year and one month ago and still suffers severe shooting pain up her ankle, shin if something bumps her. She has some numbness as well. It is still bit a swollen and swells more if she walks on it too much. Any good advice? Her sensitive area is on the inside of her ankle.

Excellent tutorial. In terms of movement definitions, can anyone help me understand why we speak of dorsiflexion and plantarflexion, why is there no extension movement at the ankle?

My ankles where damaged when I was 1 and a half years old, and now 51 trying to improve them, fix them, but there is permanent damage so may have to eventually make a truce with them.
