D-ConDelta Polishing Pads are manufactured from high quality German foam, laminated with a tough and durable velcro and lasercutted into pads available in diameter 80mm, 125mm and 150mm. The D-ConDelta Polishing Pads are perfect on the rotary polisher and the (large throw) orbital polisher.

In this video Martin will put the D-ConDelta Foam Pads to the test on real scratches and swirls to achieve real results on this grey Ford Focus ST.

What did we do;
✅️ 1st step, clan surface with Ecosmart Waterless Wash and a Workhorse Microfiber Towel then tape off a section with 3M Masking Tape to do a good 50/50 comparisation afterwards.
✅️ 2nd step, check scratches and measure paint thinkness with the Krauss Paint Thickness Gauge to determin your safe and sensibe plan for paint correction.
✅️ 3rd step, start with the grey D-ConDelta Cutting Pad for scratch removal icw the Menzerna 400 Polish, dont forget to prime the pad. Polish until the haze is as good as dry (clear) then wipe down the little polishing with a Workhorse Microfiber Towel.
✅️ 4th step, IPA wipedown to check on real results, lot of scratches and swirls are gone (watch till end for before & after comparisation) however a few deep scratches need more (spot) polishing.
✅️ 5th step, IPA wipedown to check on real results, looking great.
✅️ 6th step, Now move on with the green D-ConDelta Polishing Pad and the Menzerna 2500 Polish, polish until the haze is dry (clear) and wipe polishing rests away and do IPA wipedown with the Workhorse Microfiber Towel. Results are very good, scratches and swirls are as good as gone.
✅️ 7th step, we measure the paint thickness again to see how many microns we polished from the paint.
✅️ 8th step, enjoy polished paint and a flawless finish!
