Union vote count underway for Amazon warehouse in Alabama

Workers at an Amazon warehouse outside of Birmingham, Alabama cast ballots on whether to unionize at the facility. If the vote passes, it would be the company's first unionized warehouse in U.S. Rebecca Rainey, an employment and immigration reporter for Politico, joins CBSN's "Red & Blue" anchor Elaine Quijano to discuss the latest on the union push.

Actually, a "right to work state" also means a "right to get fired for absolutely no reason", at all. I should know, as I live in one, and it means that the company doesn't need even ONE reason to fire you! Only one of which might be...Oh, I don't know...such as joining or even advocating for a union for instance! In that case, you just get your "pink slip", and you have absolutely nothing to say about it, or nowhere to complain to!

They need to increase the TOT for bathroom breaks...the warehouses are gigantic...it takes an average of 15 minutes to get to the bathroom and back for just one trip.
