The Great Glen Canoe Trail - Part Two. Scottish Canoe Adventure. Wild Camp. Ship Wreck. Loch Oich.

Показать описание
In this video, we continue our canoeing adventure along the Great Glen canoe trail in Scotland. Carrying all of our gear for the trip, we paddle along the vast Loch Lochy and into a short section of tree lined canal before entering our second Loch - the quiet and intimate Loch Oich.
After exploring the ship wreck of the Eala Bhan, sitting beneath the equally impressive Invagarry Castle, we find a spot amongst the trees to set up camp for the night. A hearty dinner, a couple of beers and stories shared around the campfire and its time for a well earned sleep before our big day there - white water rapids, a broken boat and the enormity of the mighty Loch Ness.
There are twelve of us on this trip, attempting to raise money for the Alzheimers Society. I would like to thank everybody who has already donated to this essential cause, we have already smashed our target, but with your help we can go further! - I’ll put a link below to the JustGiving page.
I will also put links to the YouTube channels and Instagram pages of the other guys who took part in this adventure - please go and check out their videos for their takes of the trip!
