At my first Skyrim walkthrough I hadn`t know TES series properly. I didn`t even understand Neloth`s line, I though it`s just random npc line. Then I understood that Morrowind plot happened 200 years before Skyrim. Then that line made some impact. But... when I had played Morrowind myself and replayed Skyrim again... This line punched me hardly. I understood that Neloth speaks directly ot ME. He says that I AM TO YOUNG to remember Morrowind.

Shame I didnt give Morrowind and Oblivion the love and attention they deserved back in the day.

How extremely cool it had to be for the Veterans to play these Games over and over again and then in the DLC you suddenly meet them again.

Hopr we get something like that for Elder Scrolls 6 in the Lands of the Bretons. Praying for Druidism too.

Morrowind was actually my first Elder Scrolls game when I was young because I had an Xbox and rented it from the video store. It blew my mind that you could “take the bad guys’ stuff” in the words of little kid me. I had never experienced looting like that in a game before. Also, stealing from stores.

I started playing morrowind recently. You can make a God faster than skyrim. Of course, I mean morrowinds alchemy exploit is superior to the fortify restoration exploit. Though I can argue skyrims enchanting is better because you can make constant enchantments way easier and cheaper than morrowind. However, you can't make yourself levitate in skyrim.
