Some experts predict prices could continue to rise due to demand, while others see a potential correction on the horizon. It's a tough call, but understanding the factors at play is crucial.

This is what you get for not standing up for your freedom and rights. For feeling guilty about invaders!

Before anyone CA property owner does this, first, Newsom should be required to donate his properties to the state’s homeless issue.

The Govt. printed insane amounts of USD. Which has driven up the cost of rentals all over the U.S. Now same Govt. is trying to seize properties via rent control and environmental fees.

Everyone tried to tell the Millennials not to vote for these people but they wouldn't listen. Thanks Millennials.

you can see the writing on the wall here. the 'owner' will be totally screwed, their property ruined and then the city will decide the program is a total failure and hand the owner back a completely trashed building. NO THANKS! never accept a 'pay as you go - installment plan from the LA City Council.

Considering that private property rights are the bedrock of a free and just society, and today's politicians cannot respect private property rights, it looks very dire for California's future.

If you are homeless, California is appealing because of the weather. You will not freeze to death, rain is minimal, summers are not so bad. This reason cannot be overlooked.

*Amazing video despite the economy disaster and political war in the country, investment remains best for earnings. Imagine you work for 40yrs to have $1M in your retirement, meanwhile some people are putting just $10K into trading from just few months ago and now they are multimillionaires*

So, they want you, the home owner, to take care of all the homelessness they created?

$90, 000 for a house in California hasn’t been a thing since the 70s. Pre-pandemic $500, 000. Now is $900, 000. Rent Was $1, 600 now it’s $3, 400

A 2-bedroom apartment being called a condo is2650- 3000$ on average where I live in California. You must make 3 times that to qualify. The family court system makes you have a separate room for your child as a single parent. I don't know many single parents making 9, 000 or month to qualify. CRAZY
