In this interview, I talk with Dr. David A. Falk, a professional Egyptologist, about the evidence for the Exodus account found in the Old Testament, as well as for other parts of the Pentateuch. What can scholars say about the existence of Abraham, Joseph, and Moses? Evidence is not the same thing as the event itself. There could be little evidence or no evidence for x, but that doesn't mean necessarily that x didn´t happen, it simply could mean that there are no traces left from the event. Nevertheless, it is interesting to find out that there is a good amount of evidence for the Exodus. Dr. Falk holds four graduate degrees in the fields of Archaeology, Biblical Studies and Theology, and Egyptology. His Ph.D. is in Egyptology from the University of Liverpool. Part 2 of this interview is on my Patreon account. I will release it on youtube later.

Incredibly INTERESTING and informative!!!
We have evidence for a conquest of parts of Canaan: We do have the inscription of Amenhotep III (at Soleb) for the people of YAHWEH in southern Canaan/Levant. We have the pottery dating for the conquest of Jericho to 1400 BC and Hazor. We have the Armana letters of Akhenaten complaining about a people (Apiru) threatening the hegemony of Egypt. This is about the time AFTER Joshua's death that the Israelites were still trying to conquer their allocation of land (which they never managed to do). These apiru in Canaan in the Armana letters are most likely the people of YAHWEH/Hebrews.
