She's definitely jumping. Gravity is pulling her hair up, but if she was being levitated, gravity would pull it down.

Look at the item of clothing, it been pushed upwards, that is consistent with someone jumping upwards. The bottom of the clothing pushes upwards as the person moves at speed downwards.
If it was levitation then there would be no effect on the bottom of the clothing.

The “lollipop lady” was a children’s crossing guard who was about to start ushering kids across the street. The crossing guard witness who saw Janet levitating, was of course carrying a tall stop sign which Brits called a “lollipop stick”. Maurice Grosse and his colleagues in this particular picture captured Janet going from her bed straight up in the air in 1/6 of a second. It’s truly fascinating.

Also, the camera that caught this set of pictures was set up in her room to capture any paranormal phenomena. When Maurice and his colleagues heard commotion upstairs while they were downstairs, they had it set up where they could snap pictures from where they were. This is what they caught.
