When I met my wife she was never excited when I called her. That rubbed me the wrong way immediately but that was her demeanor so I let it slide. She did express love after but it seemed conditional after we bought a house together (before we were married.) she pressured me to have a baby before we owned our home. She pressured me to marry her. I never saw the red flags. There were instances of true love but they were always conditional on her part. I ALWAYS loved her unconditionally. I knew her and accepted all her flaws. Then she cheated on me and threw me out like a piece of trash. It absolutely crushed me.
