Webinar: Enrichment & analysis of rare antigen & virus-specific T cells

Webinar Abstract: Analysis of antigen- and virus-specific T cells is essential to the understanding of fundamental immunological processes in the contexts of e.g. infectious diseases, immuno-oncology, as well as immune tolerance. However, working with antigen- and virus-specific T cells poses several challenges to researchers. Their low frequencies often hamper a reliable analysis. Specificity, inflammatory environment, subtype as well as detection limit and background are determining factors and thus require optimized procedures in order to facilitate a successful experiment. Our enrichment and analysis solutions are perfectly suited for the examination of rare antigen- and virus-specific T cells and will assist you in even the most challenging research projects and your work on viral threats like SARS-CoV-2.
