I am so glad you said that. I could talk about it for hours. How can you say one well trained chef who has worked kitchens in every cuisine is less accomplished than a talented young chef who has great press, ? I am a simple home cook so i defer to those with greater knowledge but i have found that cooking skill is not at all like that the requirements of being a chef. I am sure we could easily kill a couple bottles of wine discussing this. Oh ya, whats the worlds best made wine?

Lifelong chef here from burger king as a first job to working in every position you could in a restaurant. Ive been executive chef and dishwasher. You just come off as jaded and ignorant like cooks I know that never got off the line, usually because of their attitude and how well they work with people. I guarentee most of those celebrity chefs have a much better knowledge base of ingredients and world food. I beleive you probably make very good food and props to you for that, but shitting on people you don't know deserves a rebuttal.
