When motorcycling or bicycling in urban low light, the street lights are really jittery and vibrate. What should I adjust? The shutter speed? Or?

Question on indoor settings. Would you or do you go manual for indoor settings? I went to a bbq last week and indoors, i used HDR to test the video quality. With the iphone, i HDR everything so i was hoping for good results. I haven't taken a lot of indoor without HDR but with it, I think I get some good video. I personally move around too much so every time i do, i get blur until i stop. I gotta remember that. Should i try manual and maybe your night settings for indoor to lower artifacts and blur or do you think that's not gonna work? Thanks! I'm still on my first 2 weeks with the camera.

X3 is best for action and good lighting. If you planning to use it often for limited lighting then...1 inch can be better choice. Nice video, thank you.
