You've mentioned you like management style games, a new game just came out today on Steam and it might be your jam - The Hidden Art of Innkeeping. You buy a run down inn in a small beach village. You restore it and the surrounding village to compete with the over priced resort hotel nearby. Its been really fun and cute so far.
