Students help urban farm take root.

Students from local schools helped McQuesten Urban farm take root in East Hamilton. Hundreds of volunteers helped to spread soil and lay sod. Students also had the opportunity to plant gardens that will provide produce for their own community. Sir Winston Churchill technology students built kiosk structures and bike racks for the farm while art students delivered panels reflecting the community values of the urban farm.
