Old lady here…I’ve never gamed a day in my life, had no idea about it. This documentary was not only a tear jerker but also a fascinating and positive insight into gaming. So glad I watched it.

The fact that he used to run through the forest and town for half an hour every time he logged in..all the things he couldn't do in real life.😢

I am 30 years old. I'm a father and a gamer. I haven't cried so much in a long time...

I had the distinct honour to play briefly with Ibelin on Steamwheedle cartel and starlight between 2010-2012, I didn’t know him very well outside of the game but he was always a warm and friendly guy to me, I was really sorry to learn a few years ago of his illness and his passing, I’m really pleased to see this tribute his friends and family can share in.

I cried like a baby through this whole movie. It made me want to be more kind and compassionate to others. Sometimes we wow players forget that there is a person behind the avatar.

As a WoW player myself with a simillar illness (another form of md) I can relate a lot with this and just seeing this trailer is bringing tears to my eyes...

I never had a condition like Mats but I had a lonely childhood surrounded by bullies. World of Warcraft was my escape. I had the opportunity to game with nice people without any judgment of my physical appearance. I was definitely not a top gamer, but I enjoyed my time in Azeroth, discovering things, doing quests, talking to people. This is why this game has a special place in my heart. Thank you WoW community.

I once stood in a remote part of Norway, wondering if I had gone quite mad. I was there to attend a wedding of two people I've met in World of Warcraft.
I once welcomed a person to Sweden who I talked to for other two years.
I went to London to hang out with a third one.
I had lunch in Helsinki with the Gnome I used to hunt when i was bored.

The connections forged in Azeroth did in most case last outside it too. This documentary made a stellar job in showing that.

I'm barely halfway thru, but I never knew I could cry like this. I've barely cried in my entire life but watching this made me cry so hard it's difficult to breathe. He made such an impact on the people he interacted with despite his conditions. The pity and sorrow and possibilities and what ifs. It's just too much. I dont even have the words to describe the feels.

This hit so close to home for me. As an old WoW player, one of my friends logged off one day and never came back. I think about her all the time and I miss her so much. This was in 2009 and I still think about her. I hope wherever you are, you’re safe and at peace, Zalerah.

Wife steps in to the room "Are you crying?!? Wtf are you watching?!?" First time she saw me crying...I tried soooo damn hard to hold in the tears.

I remember this in the WOW community, it was a really sad story about his disease and eventuell passing. Never knew it would be made into a documentary. I guess the waterworks will start again watching this.
But also a very nice celebration for him.

One of the best documentaries I've ever seen. Hits especially hard for someone who played WoW for 10 years and met many friends through this game that I still talk to today.

Rest in peace Ibelin ❤

I teared up reading the initial cinema reviews.
I cried while watching the cinema.
I teared up watching the trailer.
I know I will cry watching the documentary again.

Wonderful biography.
