I had the phone two hours and the following is a list of the problems with the phone: Charging sometimes for hours, the battery level doesn't increase. 2) The headphone jack is obviously a defective one. Goes to Google search without me doing anything. 3) Random apps open and close on their own. 4) constantly saying no internet connection and no data network found. 5) Screen timeout, while set at 15 seconds, the screen will stay lit up for various times. Sometimes it is on up to 15 minutes, on its own. 6) apps keep disappearing, especially Facebook and YouTube and Google updates. Completely reverts back to prior to the updates or prior to the installation. The audio volume and screen brightness change on their own. I brought it back to get a brand new phone. MetroPCS tells me that I can only get a refurbished phone. I bought it BRAND NEW. They won't give me a brand new phone? I've had it not even a week. I hear and see rave reviews on the Blade. I think my phone is defective. I think MetroPCS stores are WRONG to deny me a brand new phone. They tried to tell me that I have to learn how to use it. I've built my own computer towers before. I know when something is defective. My particular phone is full of defects. What do you have to say about my negative issues with the Blade?

My ZTE blade z max fingerprint sensor doesn't work anymore and Ibe only had it for a month this phone ain't worth it
