Good timing as only the other day I was listening to a Honey manufacturer on the radio talking about creaming honey.
As a child I ate more creamed honey than the regular. It's great with peanut butter on a sandwich and yes in a cuppa tea too.
There were never any thoughts on how long it would last, only is there any left.
Thanks for the tip on how to make it. Cheers Daniella 👍🤤😀

I love creamed honey on buttered bread. It used to be sold in the stores (I believe it was made in Canada). Had a hankering for it, but to no avail. I'm glad I stumbled on your site. I have a huge clump of honey, that crystallized within weeks of purchase. 😖 Now I know what to do with it!! Thanks, appreciate it!❤

I really needed this! We have a problem here in Texas with my runny honey crystallizing. I have learnt to get the honey out of the plastic bottle into glass jars before it's all solid... then I can melt it back to runny in the microwave.

As a beekeeper, I want to clarify for your viewers (not to be rude!) but this is whipped honey, not creamed.

Creamed honey is the same as crystalized honey, but smaller crystals. It is made using clear raw, unpasteurized honey (not crystallized) as the main part and adding in 7-10% creamed honey (smaller crystals) to seed the un-crystalize honey. It is then mixed, sealed and put in a dark, cool area (not fridge) for a week or two.

In a week or two, you will have a jar of creamed honey. You can then use 7-10% of your new creamed honey to seed another jar while you eat that one!

One jar of creamed honey to begin the processes is all you need for a lifetime of creamed honey!

You should do a video on how to do that!

Respect! Protect the pollinators or we won’t be alive!

LOVED THIS! Definitely going to try it. Do you think it would help the process along to warm up the bowl before putting the crystallized sugar in?
Thank you!❤

I had NO IDEA that creamed honey lasts forever!!! We are about to leave the US for our 5 months in England, and I have a jar of creamed honey (from Germany, BTW!) that I was worried about. This is good to know!
