Test Drive the 2013 Ford Fusion Titanium 2.0

I have the Titanium with the 12 $peaker Sony sound system and it hammers. The car has 231hp not 240 but it still feels quick all the way up to around 80mph. It was also voted as having the quietest cabin noise in the midsized sedan class (around 14 manufacturers included) I also have the driver assist and cross traffic warning options and both the steering correction it did as well as the bright flashing, loud cop light in its dash scared the shit out of me the first time both of them happened. With leather, sunroof, heated seats, auto up/down windows and paddle shifters, rear camera, blind spot warning system and 12 airbags this car has everything you can think of wanting. if you need more power there will be a Diabo tune coming out soon that will bump up the HP anywhere from 35-45hp. 18s make the ride quiet and smooth without eating away your money when it comes time to buy tires. If you're short on finances and wish you could have a fully loaded Titanium do what I did. Wait to buy a lease. I bought a used 2013 with 14, 000 miles on it for $18, 000. The sticker tag was in the glove box and it was originally listed for 32, 900. Add tax and you're looking at $36, 000. So I feel like I paid half price for a car that literally looked and felt brand new. If coarse I looked for months for "The One" Most were selling for around $22, 500 with 36k miles and were either missing Sun roof, paddle shifters, driver's assist package or cross traffic alert systems. It's by far the nicest car I've ever owned and it's a COMPLETELY different car than a base model 1.6L SE with no options. Take your time and find the right one for all of you who are looking and enjoy the car that you wanted. Don't ever settle and then wish you would have just spent that little extra cash financing another $25 a month to have what you wanted. It's a terrible feeling.

i cant believe ford didnt put that in that titanium trim. The car looks beautiful! That little touch would have been perfect

My brother has a '13 Fusion as a loaner while his '08 Mustang GT has a dent taken out & painted from the moron that opened their door into his. I just drove this Fusion & even the base model it is, is still really nice. It has a spoiler & smaller 18" Taurus SHO style wheels on it. I like the button on the shifter for the sport mode & how it blips the throttle. It's a nice & tight, great riding car that's really quiet & comfortable. I could only imagine how nice a fully loaded Turbo model is.

Honestly, I would. It's crazy fast and has plenty of power. Plus I think it looks a million times better.

Isn't torque steer strange? It occasionally tugs at me in the Honda, but only if I'm accelerating out of a corner.

that style wiper system is called an opposed wiper system. I got bored one day and researched the different systems because I was looking at the different systems Mercedes-Benz had used throughout the years. :3 I like how Ford has done it compared to how Chevrolet used to do it on their old minivans. That system left a lot to be desired, but after we rented a 2013 Focus for a trip to Arkansas and back, I'm impressed with how they designed it compared to the much more traditional systems. I still like Mercedes' and BMW systems more, but this is a good second place.

Hey sorry, his loaner isn't a base Fusion... It's an SE with the 1.6L Ecoboost engine. I was going to say, it felt pretty quick for a base model lol. It doesn't have leather or navigation, but it has a sunroof, steering wheel controls ect ect.

Think of trading my 2012 fusion sport for a 2013. Im not sure I have only driven the 2013 for once and never really got the feel for it. Some reviewers like motortrend said the the previous gen fusion sport was a better drivers car. It also has 15 more horsepower, but less torque.
