The Phantom of the Opera | Fan Cast

I don't know about you, but I really love a good fan cast. Doing one for one of the most beloved stage musicals, which also had a divisive (and often negatively viewed) film adaptation, makes it even more fun. I have a few ideas for recasting this movie if a remake were to happen today. Let me know if you agree—this could spark a great discussion for us all!

From what I know of the mentioned actors and knowing the show, I think the casting is good. After listening to the Jonah's song in the Little Mermaid, he has a good voice and can see his type of charisma in the role. Rachel also has the right voice and does have the musical theatre knowledge to pull it off. While Tom does sound like a good choice, I like your idea of getting an unknown. Not only will it give someone new the chance to shine, but it can add to the mystery of the character's portrayal. Without expectations from an A-list celebrity in the title role (while there are plenty already in the line-up), it gives the chance to show something new. Great video! Can you please do more fan casts in the future?
