I get a 2016 doosan compressor engine, when using the compressor I getting 105 when I increase the pressure, the engine starting 2 smoke black black black n the rpm is 2300 to 5000, can u tell me how I can reduce the rpm manual

Good morning Gull, I wanted to know if you can help me with an issue I have. We have this governor mounted on a generator with a Doosan engine. Originally the Doosan had the dsc 2013 but it failed and we replaced it with the 1000. The engine runs fine at no load especially after applying the auto pid. But once the unit takes load it goes into over speed. We assured we configured the governor to the proper engine model and settings for speed. We verified nothing was binding the actuator and that it was clean. Filters were replaced to ensure proper functionality but yet we still have this issue. The only other thing I can think of doing is trying to configure the controller manually once we apply load to it. Your recommendation would be greatly appreciated.
