History of Clash Royale's Biggest JOKE

Sparky is a very unique card in Clash Royale, basically being in a category of its own. Its tough enough being a 5 elixir ranged splash card in Clash Royale, but a 6 elixir ranged card was a whole other level. Sparky was originally memed on and suffered in competitive play and had LOADS of problems in its first few years. It was a complete disaster and a living joke.

Sparky's one of my favorite cards, but oh the irony of the devs saying "It's not a fun card to lose to" while facilitating the most unfun interaction in the game of having your sparky full countered by a dumb lil electro dude. It goes against the whole design of the card, it's the electricity cannon on wheels, how does a tiny little zap ruin it's charge? It should power UP from getting zapped, not down. Perhaps when zapped it could shoot out a less powerful partially charged shot, and when frozen it shouldn't power all the way down, it should just pause its charging.

Resident Sparky user here. There was a pretty recent cosmetic bug. From like September 2023 to a few months ago, the charge sound was messed up and wouldnt increase in pitch over time. I kept mentioning it in player feedback over and over again. I like to think I'm the reason they fixed it since nobody else is enough of a weirdo to notice or care about something so small like that.

Man, now that I think about it, Frank and Sparky are very similar. Both have insanely high stats in some regard, both have slow ass attacks, and both suffer from crowd control more than any other troop/brawler in their respective games.

Sparky should be the first legendary to get an evolution, maybe like the wizard where she gets a small shield that prevents her from being stunned until it is destroyed or have a stun associated with her attack, maybe a 1.5 second or 1 second stun

My favorite thing was getting a mass spawn deck, and mass spawning sparkies with friends. When the clone dropped, it was THE funniest thing 😭
